At **Volonté**, each product is made-to-order with care and quality checks. Because of this production model, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure clarity for both customers and our business.

## 1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

* You received a **damaged product**
* You received a **defective product**
* You received the **wrong product or size/design**

## 2. Return Window

You must raise a return request within **7 days of delivery**.

Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

To process any return or refund request, customers must provide:

* Clear **photos of the product**
* **Unboxing video** showing the issue

Without proper proof, we may not be able to approve the request.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

* Wrong size ordered by customer
* Change of mind
* Color variation due to screen display differences
* Products without damage or defect

Since our products are made-to-order, all items are considered final sale unless defective.

If your product is eligible for return, a refund will be processed instead.

Once your return is approved:

* Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase

Orders can only be canceled **before production starts**. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.
