At **Volonté**, each product is made-to-order with care and quality checks. Because of this production model, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure clarity for both customers and our business.

We accept returns only in the following cases:

* You received a **defective product**
* You received the **wrong product or size/design**

You must raise a return request within **7 days of delivery**.

* Clear **photos of the product**
* **Unboxing video** showing the issue
Without proper proof, we may not be able to approve the request.

* Products without damage or defect
Since our products are made-to-order, all items are considered final sale unless defective.
